The Sfilzi Reserve is a wooded area of around 56 hectares set in the Northern part of the state-owned Umbrian Forest. The area rises all along the sides of the Carpinosa valley in the magnificent setting of the vast Gargano National Park. The Sfilzi Fountain spring, the only never-ending spring in the area of the hills and mountains of the Gargano promontory, is to be found here. Visitors to the area are advised to take advantage of the excursions run by the Gargano National Park, or to contact the park’s official guides.
