A visit to the Museo Napoleonico di Rivoli Veronese makes the learning of history of Italy an unusual and enjoyable experience. The museum has relics, pictures and portraits, autographed documents, prints and period reproductions that are testimonial to the events of the Napoleonic period. There is a plastic model, perfect in every detail that captures the drama of the battle of Rivoli that took place on 14 January 1797 during Napoleon’s Italian campaign. Finally, one section of the museum is devoted to the Italian Risorgimento of the early 19th Century.
