The Villa Pallavicino is a 19th Century building of impressive proportions. The villa itself is not open to the public but its beautiful gardens are and they are well worth a visit. The villa’s park extends to around 40 acres and is mostly natural with its sweeping grasses, tall trees and flowers along with a natural stream. The park teems with wildlife and is quite safe to explore; it is more like a small zoo with the animals running loose and is quite unique strolling among the llamas and antelopes; brilliant for kids.
