The Torbandena Gallery is one of the most important and selective art galleries in Trieste. It displays works of art that many museums would envy and is just a stone’s throw from the Piazza dell’Unita d’Italia (in front of the police station). On display are some of the 20th Century masters of European art, depicting artists like De Chirico, Sironi and Musici. The rooms spread over two floors and display hundreds of examples including international artists both young and old.
