The Studio d’arte Bassanese is a beautiful art studio in front of a synagogue near the city centre’s busy Via Battisti. It is one of the most imaginative and original exhibition spaces in Trieste. The gallery is owned by Nadia Bassanesese and is on the first floor of a period building. It consists of about 150 square metres and exhibits pictures, sketches and illustrations. The gallery is elegant and refined and the events calendar is full of worthwhile things to see.
