This church was originally an oratory belonging to 13th Century monks of the Augustinian Order. The present church was built in the 14th Century, remodelled in the 18th Century, and repaired after bomb damage from WWII. It has a beautiful Gothic portal and a square bell tower with mullioned windows. Despite all the restructuring, inside there are some frescoes of the 14th and 15th Century remaining and it has been restored again to undo part of the 18th Century re-workings.
