The church of San Francesco in the town of Terni can be found by taking a short detour from Corso Tacito. This delightful church was built in the 13th Century and was originally planned in a typical Franciscan style with a single nave and transept. During the 15th Century a bell tower was added along with the lateral aisles. The interior Cappella Paradisa contains a 15th Century cycle of frescoes depicting The Last Judgement, painted by Bartolomeo di Tommaso, of the Giotto School.
