The church of San Cristoforo dates from the 12th Century. Renovation work gave it a brick façade and four new columns. Statues were added in the 17th Century as were the cloisters. The entrance to the cloister is on the left side and now this area is often given over to exhibitions. The high altar has an impressive sculptural group by Bartolomeo Mazzuoli with a statue of the Beato Bernardo Tolomei from 1693 and in the nave is a beautiful Madonna with Child and Saints by Girolamo del Pacchia.
