The Punte Alberete Reserve is a memorable place – a flooded forest landscape with alternating hygrophilous woods, partly swamped grassland, clear ponds, and flora and fauna typical of swamplands of different water depth. Here you will find protected species of flora and extremely rare and important bird’s nests in wooded swamps and canebrakes. There is a screened observatory at the Sciafèla pond (Carraia Scargnada) and raised paths with footboards and name signs for the different typical flora. It is a route specifically for pedestrians that is shaded on both sides on the southern and Romea paths, open in the Scargnada.
