The Museum-workshop of intarsia holds a historic collection of objects and furniture made in the 19th Century. The many and varied exhibits focus on both the technical and the decorative qualities of the various intarsia workshops then active in Italy during this period. Visitors will see how the craft was once practised in Sorrento and be treated to a display of local ware as well as a large selection of paintings, prints and photographs of the setting for this local craft.
