The Museum of Antiquity in Turin houses many exhibits of precious finds from various historic collections. On display here is interesting evidence of Piedmontese and national history. Among the things for visitors to see are the armoured statues of Susa, Greek pottery, Etruscan bronzes and urns, prehistoric finds, and sculptures from the Hellenistic and Roman eras. A new department was added when the museum was restructured and also here are finds from Piedmont archaeological sites, which cover the times from the Palaeolithic to the late middle ages.
