To visit the L’Ipogeo di Via Livenza you need to walk down a long staircase at the end of which you will find a deep but small vat. The whole area is colourful with frescoes and mosaic-covered walls and ceilings. See Diana, surrounded by deer and nymphs of her court. In a bright yellow niche there are doves drinking from a spring. Near the vat children play and fish and the mosaic on the ceiling not completely visible due to effects of time, you can still see two figures, one kneeling, and a spring gushing from a rock.
