Among the historic buildings of Sambuca di Sicilia are the remnants of the castle. This was built by Emir Zabuth and later used as a prison although pretty much all that remains is a ruined tower. The Palazzo Navarro was built in the 18th Century and the Palazzo Fiore is 17th Century. Also 18th Century is the lovely Palazzo Panitteri which now houses a wax museum. The Palazzo Beccadelli is Gothic-Catalan and the Town Theatre is 19th Century.
