The church of Saint Domenico in the town of Sciacca was originally built in 1532 by the Dominican father Tommaso Fazello. It was rebuilt in 1793 by E. Vetrano and has a simple façade in tufo stonework with an unadorned portal. The church is built on a massive geometric scale and overlooks the Scandaliato square. The entrance can be located in this popular piazza which attracts many visitors as well as the local people of Sciacca.
