The history of the church of Annunziata (Our Lady of the Annunciation) dates to the middle of the 14th Century. The front overlooks the Via Porta Catena and is the work of the Neapolitan craftsman Francesco Ragozzino who had in 1741 planned the work of two marble statues that were later moved to the high altar and an oval in bas-relief also in marble depicting the Annunciation. The bell tower was designed by Ferdinando Sanfelice and built on four orders that are topped by a narrow spire. Also it holds an elegant neo-gothic style wooden organ dating to 1880.
