The Baia di Sistiana has been described by some specialist magazines as ‘one of the world’s top ten bays’. Whether or not this is an exaggeration, there’s no doubt that it is a beautiful place. Visit on a winter’s day and enjoy the sea; in May it’s possible to get a hint of the summer air, mixed with the sea pines that grow opposite the beach. It had been in a state of neglect for some years, but as a result of some reinvestment it once again attracts visitors during the summer months.
