This Archaeological Museum houses many fine finds from the Daunia and Gargano area. Many of these date back to the Palaeolithic, Neolithic, Eneolithic, Bronze and Iron era. There are funerary accoutrements from the Pendicone necropolis and Masseria Casone around the 4th and 3rd Century B.C. There are some amazing fossils from prehistoric animals found in the Gargano caves in the geo- Palaeontologyical section. There is a section dedicated to the cinema which celebrates the origins of cinematography.
