Map

This Accademia dei Fisiocritici incorporates several museums including those of geology, zoology and mineralogy. Here you can see a display of stuffed animals in an 18th Century setting. The bird section came mostly from the collection of Bettino Ricasoli, famous in this field. The museum also offers a section of Tuscan geology from all eras with some rare samples of meteor rocks collected and catalogued in 1764 by Ambrogio Soldani in Lucignano. Admission is free.
