The façade of San Sivino Church has a rustic style. Inside is a single nave divided by arches which support the exposed roof beams. An external south-facing wall has a curiosity – the Devil’s Pact stone. Legend tells of a miller, around 1200, who agreed to sell his soul to Satan in exchange for his help. Later, fearing for his soul, he sought absolution from a priest and the devil turned the miller’s wealth into straw. A cross was engraved onto the stone, which can still be seen along with the imprint of the miller’s hand and of the devil’s foot.
