The Palazzo Zuckermann is one of the new bourgeois city buildings that were built in the late 19th Century and early 20th Century. Enrico Zuckermann, an industrialist of importance who founded Zedapa, a factory that made buttons and other small metal articles, was responsible for commissioning the Palazzo. The front of the Palazzo looks out onto the Roman Arena, Scrovegni Chapel and the Eremitani Museums and is exquisite to look at. The Milanese architect Filippo Arosio is responsible for classic monumental style of the building, which was erected between 1912 and 1914.
