The Palazzo Sanfelice in Naples was constructed in the mid 18th Century, and was built as a home for the architect and his family. This is a very beautiful building with the façade being decorated with pilaster strips and stringcourse strips making it similar in style to the Palazzo dello Spagnolo. The great portals lead into two very different courtyards each with many original ornamental finishes including wonderful scrollwork, and a marble inscription supported by mermaids.
