Giorgio da Erba built the Palazzetto Eucherio Sanvitale for Eucherio Sanvitale in the Renaissance style in 1520, and it can be found in the Ducal Park. Frescoes created by Parmigianino - namely the Madonna with Child - were discovered during restoration of a smaller building and are now preserved. Also found was an oil painting depicting scenes from the Life of the Virgin attributed to the religious Cosimo Piazza with landscapes from the late 16th Century. It is a fairly small H-shaped building with four angular towers which are linked by a loggia with five arches on columns.
