Nesso village is situated on Lake Como between Como to Bellagio. Set on hilly slopes, this old centre has many picturesque houses, spread along the hills and along the shore of the lake. Here the streams of Tuf and Nosè join and form a waterfall that plunges spectacularly into a gorge and this spectacle can be viewed from the road or from the lake, by passing under an old bridge in a boat. The ruins of a castle with its high wall and three small towers are close by.
