The Neapolitan Actor Museum opened its doors to the public in 2000. Inside, the rooms are arranged in the underground passage of the Piazza del Municipio. Here visitors will see memorabilia which once belonged to Neapolitan actors, including things such as the notebooks of Eduardo Scarpetta, and the script of Antonio Petito’s autograph. Also at this museum the displays take in everything from the Maggios to the De Filippos, from Nino Taranto to Troisi, and to the mythical Toṭ’s bowler hat.
