The Museum of S. Nicolò is housed within the Mother Church, which was built in 1721. Among the exhibits is a fine collection of religious vestments from the 1600s and 1700s. Also held here are treasures from other churches in the town including a silver plate from Santa Maria alla Catena, and jewellery, votive and liturgical objects from Sant’Agata. One room contains pictures among which is an altarpiece Annunciation by Francesco Franzetto, dated 1555, and paintings by Filippo Paladini and Vaccaro.
