The Montecuccoli Palace was built on the site of a former church and rectory grounds to a design by Raimondo Cavazzuti, which later became the estate of the Montecuccoli degli Erri family. Vincenzo Maestri designed and directed the work in the 20th Century on commission of the Marquis Giuseppe Montecuccoli degli Erri, giving the palace its current appearance. Perhaps the greatest work done is the magnificent staircase in the interior, along with the frescoes in the hall that are beautiful. The façade outside was also completely restored and rooms on the main floor have really good quality frescoes and stuccos.
