The Martini Carissimo Collection in Oria is housed in the hall of the pre-Classic civilisation in the castle. The exhibits here include many Messapi finds. There is some archaeological material from the Messapi necropolises such as furnishings, weapons, coins and architectural objects which have a Roman and Medieval origin. There is also a small picture gallery which has paintings from the 1600s along with interesting portraits of kings and landowners of the kingdom of Naples.
