Map
The Felino Salami Museum tells the story of the area’s famous commodity – the salami. Here you can learn about the community that produced it, the ingredients and raw materials, and the skill of its producers. The museum is divided into various sections: historical documents, cookery - located in the kitchens of Felino Castle, slide shows and exhibition of objects belonging to pork butchers and farming families, and production technology with a huge salami making machine. There is also a small section dedicated to curious and strange facts including the history of Du Tillot, First Minister of the Duke of Parma.
