The Church of Madonna di Campagna is an exquisite example of 16th Century Renaissance architecture. It is believed that the church was erected on the site of a much older church, because inside is a mid 11th Century campanile that has survived remarkably intact. Also the interior has some magnificent frescoes that are truly beautiful. There is also a fine Baroque wooden choir and excellent wrought ironwork all adding to the charm of this lovely church.
