The Archaeological Museum in Maglie is situated at the impressive Palazzo Sticchi. It is a didactic museum with illustrative panels that explain the various stages of history and civilization between the Cretaceous eras up to Metals Age. There is also a wide documentation that takes in the start of the Pleistocene age and the end of the Bronze Age. These represent the main stages of human settlements over this territory right up as far the middle Palaeolithic.
