The Saturo Archeological Park of Leporano can be found on a stretch of coast between Porto Saturo and Porto Perone. Some of the finds housed here date back from the late Neolithic to the Greek and Roman eras. The park is the remains of a Roman villa that dates to the imperial era, which is evident in the residential rooms and watering places. Parts of the villa still retain two kinds of original mosaic floor; the first with a red and white chequered pattern and the other has plaits, circles and triangles. Entrance is free of charge.
