The Franciscan Picture Gallery is housed in a villa just outside of town. It dates from the 16th Century and was turned into a convent at the end of the last Century. There are more than 120 works of art from the 16th to the 18th Century, mainly by artists from Salento and Puglia and other contemporary artists. There are masterpieces by Frate Giacomo da SanVito of the 17th century. Also some watercolour studies by Father Raffaele Pantaloni. Admission is free.
