The Church of Jesus was erected on the site of the ancient church of San Nicolò in 1575, copying the style of the Roman church of the same name. The high altar is very lavish, built in the Baroque style in 1699 by Giuseppe Cino. The portal of the church has the crest of Jesus’s Brotherhood and the interior that was designed as one room has a hinted transept and there are some fantastic works of art by artists from Naples.
