The Teatro Comunale is the main municipal theatre in the city of Florence. Here is where many of the city’s main concerts take place including major classical music productions as well as theatre and dance. The Teatro Comunale has a resident orchestra and a dance company, and attracts many of the top names of the theatrical world. Concerts are normally held on weekends and the main season runs from January to April and September to December.
