The Palazzo della Famiglia Imperiale was built between 1555 and 1560 by Vincenzo Imperiale then extended by his son Giò Giacomo. The residence was renovated by a later member of the Imperiale family, Giò Vincenzo, and it’s in this form in which the palazzo stands today. In the entrance on the ground floor, there is an auction house, and on the upper floor there is the Pub Imperiale, decorated with striking frescoes by L Cambiaso, O Semino and A Ansaldo and stucco work by G B Castello.
