The Museo Richard-Ginori della Manifattura di Doccia - Gruppo Ligresti is to be found a few kilometres from Florence. The museum records the production of majolica and ceramics by the Manifattura di Doccia from its foundation in 1737 up to the second half of the 20th Century. The collection holds some 7000 pieces, including tableware such as tea and coffee pots, along with the more unusual things like the barber’s basins, statues and church ware. There are also temporary exhibitions in the Sala del Fondatore on the ground floor.
