The Museo Civico Archeologico ‘G. Ferraresi’ documents the rich history of Bondeno’s territory. It is divided into five sections bringing together artefacts from the material civilisation from different periods in time. These include; Prehistory, the Bronze Age, the Roman Era and post Classical era which starting with the oldest human settlements from the 4th Millennium BC right up as far as the formation of the Castrum Bondeni that was the town’s first centre, in the Middle Ages.
