The Museo Accademia Ligustica di Belle Arti is housed on the first floor of a building that hosts the Academy of the same name. It was built by a group of nobles, scholars and artists in 1751. There are various works of art and drawings on exhibition by masters from the 16th-19th Century by artists like Perin del Vaga, L. Cambiaso, B. Strozzi, D. Fiasella, and il Grecchetto. Unfortunately due to lack of space the paintings are not on permanent show, but do get exhibited in turn.
