Starting at the stairway for Crevari, then from Via Aurelia, the 4-hour trek to the peak of Monte Reixa is marked out by the red cross of Saint Andrew. Ascending up through the Passo del Tardia and onto the Passo della Gava you will be able to find a resting point that is some 750 metres high. The Beigua group of mountains are really an imposing site rising to a height of 1183 metres. The main thing to watch for is the strong winds, and the fog that appears at irregular intervals must be considered before ascending.
