The Villa Durazzo Pallavicini Park is a magnificent example of a romantic landscape garden, which is completely unrivalled in Italy. There are grassy expanses spread over a hilly park with oak and pinewoods. Populated by fallow deer and goats, it even boasts a little zoo. It is a Disneyland of yore in an impressive 19th Century garden; you will find triumphal arches, lakes, temples, crenulated castles and pagodas from the orient.
