The Civic Gallery ‘G. Cattabriga’ is named after the well-known painter famous outside of Bondeno as well as in. It is housed in an old warehouse at the rear of Teodoro Bonati’s birthplace. The ground floor is a hall for temporary exhibitions, while the upper floor hosts a permanent display of Cattabriga’s work. Around 60 of his masterpieces are owned by the Municipality and are on show in the museum, six of the works depict Bondeno’s country life and traditions.
