Church of San Vincenzo
Gravedona, Lake Como - Italy

Map
The Church of San Vincenzo is situated in the town of Gravedona on Lake Como, one of the most important areas on the northern part of the lake. It was built some time around 1050 on the site of a pre-existing ancient votive chapel of the 5th Century. San Vincenzo was renovated between the 17th and 18th centuries. There is a crypt here and two inscriptions which date back to the 6th Century. These important historical items have been preserved from the original building.
