The church of S. Antonio Abate is situated in the little hamlet of Sasso some 500 metres above sea level. It has a single nave and is believed to have been built in the 17th Century on the ruins of a 12th Century structure. The church has three altars: the high altar has a statue of its patron saint St. Anthony Abbot, an altar to our Lady of the Rosary and the third dedicated to the Last Supper and decorated with an 18th Century painting by local artist Stefano Celesti. From the courtyard there are superb views over Lake Garda.
