The Chiesa del Monte Calvario in Foggia is part of the Chiesa delle Croci and welcomes the visitor with a very pretty view. This wends along an avenue covered with flowerbeds that stretches for 200 meters. Part of the group includes a Baroque triumphal arch with a cross and two angels on top. The complex dates to 1615 by the Capuchins after Antonio da Olivati; after preaching he planted seven crosses out of town, which have been replaced by the seven monuments of which the group is made up.
