The Speleological Museum is dedicated to the caves of Castellana. The museum was opened on 23 January 2000 after many years planning. It was financed from a fund set up in 1952 and including in the new plans to bring more tourists into the area. This is now a popular place and includes things such as a library, a photographic archive, a historical archive, study rooms, a projection room, and a teaching laboratory. The museum offers guided tours.
