The sanctuary of S. Maria della Pioggia has undergone restoration both inside and on the frescoed façade. The church has one room with three lateral chapels, covered with a frescoed barrel vault. The valuable art collection comprises three paintings by Agostino Carracci: ‘Adorazione dei pastori’, ‘Pala di San Bartolomeo di Reno’ and ‘Profeti’. Other artworks, including sculptures, are by Francesco Monti, Antonio Crespi, Ercole Graziani, Graziani, Dante Bizzotto, G.A. Raimondi, and a 16th Century painting by Alessandro Stiatici.
