The Bologna University Physics Museum is situated in the same building where Augusto Righi founded the Physics Institute. It displays a collection of tools and materials used for studies and experiments, from the 17th Century to the present like Augusto Righi’s experimental and teaching tools and Q. Majorana’s research devices. Other 20th Century tools include the void pipes to the thermo ionic valves, the first microscopes to the first calculators, and also electrostatic and electromagnetic measurement tools.
