Museo Regionale della Ceramica
Largo San Francesco, Deruta 06053 - Italy

Map

The Museo Regionale della Ceramica is housed in the former San Fancesco monastery. Here are probably the most important ceramic works of Deruta. The sort of things that were produced here in the Middle Ages included plates, jars, and other vessels and these are well documented in the museum. On display are the remains of a floor from the church of San Francesco as well as pieces of ancient pottery. There are also Renaissance plates from the 16th Century.
