The Museo Emilio Greco in Catania has on display a collection of the oil paintings and engravings by the Sicilian artist Emilio Greco (1913 to 1995). He is best known for his abstract nude forms, but perhaps received greater acclaim for his work in places like New York and Tokyo than in his native country. The gallery which is a quite stunning venue, is on the second floor of the building and larger than either the Bellini or the Verga museum.
