The Church of Purissima was erected in the middle of the 16th Century after being commissioned by an aristocratic woman, Gerolama Rams, who lived in Cagliari. It was built in the typical Aragonese Gothic style popular on the island at that time. The interior of the church has one nave with lateral chapels and contains a triptych that dates back to the end of the 16th Century, and among its other treasures is a statue of Saint Girolamo that dates to the start of the 16th Century.
